20 weeks of fresh, delicious fruits & vegetables
starting time Early June and runs to October, 2024.
For a total of $650
Pay half at registration (325) and remainder over 20 weeks beginning with first pick up of produce (16.25) per week.
Pick up is every Saturday at the farm on 340 McMullin Road Crab Orchard, KY 40419. We can also deliver on occasion as we know how busy life can get. Shipping is available but not included in the price. Contact us for an estimated shipping cost.
Each basket will have a variety of fruits and or vegetables depending on what is in season and ready to be harvested. As with all growing crops the consumer shares in the risk of crop failure due to unforseen circumstances as well as the benefit of an abundant harvest. We pre plan our garden and sowing schedule to ensure a continuous harvest. We sell only 10 shares to make sure that each one of our weekly subscribers has an abundant amount of fresh food.
Pick what you want for your basket. It is customized to your needs. Choose from lots of veggies that are in season and being harvested. Mix and match. If you don't want cilantro pick Green Onions, don't like cilantro or green onions take 2 bunches of salad mix instead. We will try to have each of the vegetables listed available for you each week. We don't want waste and with 10 customers there is always plenty to go around for everyone. We have add ons available such as USDA Chicken, USDA Pork, Eggs, Microgreens, and Rabbit available
Week 1 & 2 (first week of June) basket expected harvest: Choose From expected Crops of: Take one of each or mix and match. Basil, Beets, Brocoli (2 Heads), Carrots (1 bunch of 10), Chard, Cilantro, Green Garlic, Green Onions, Kale, Lettuce (2 heads), Radish (1 bunch of 10), Salad Mix, and Strawberries (1 pint)
Week 3 & 4 basket expected harvest: Choose From expected Crops of Basil, Beets, Brocoli (2 heads), Carrots (1 bunch of 10), Cauliflower (1 head), Chard, Cilantro, Dill, Green Garlic, Green Onions, Kale, Lettuce (2 heads), Radish, Spinach, Strawberries (1 pint). Take one bundle of each or mix and match.
Week 5 & 6 basket expected harvest: Choose From expected Crops of Basil, Beets, Broccoli (2 heads), Cabbage (2 heads), Carrots ( 1 bunch of 10), Chard, Green Garlic, Green Onions, Kale, Lettuce, Potatoes, Radish, Salad Mix, Summer Squash, Strawberries, Turnips. Take one of each or mix and match.
Week 7 & 8 basket expected harvest: Choose From expected Crops of Basil, Beans, Beets, Brocoli (2 heads), Carrots, Chard, Cilantro, Dill, Green Garlic, Kale, Lettuce, Onions, Potatoes, Spinach, Summer Squash, Strawberries (1 pint). Take one of each or mix and match.
